This covers all aspects of the product except wear due to normal use, improper installation, or items damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to products that have been improperly installed or abused as viewed by our airsmiths. RETURNS INFO We accept returns on merchandise in accordance with the following: All returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by e-mail. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the return package. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. For holiday season purchases, the return must be made within 30 days of receipt or January 15th, whichever is longer. Returns must be in new, re-saleable condition, with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply on returned goods - make sure you return the goods in re-saleable condition to limit restocking fees. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced within the limitations of our warranty. If you have a damaged shipment, all product must be returned, processed and verified as damaged for proper shipper claim handling. Refunds or replacements cannot be given without submitting a claim with the shipper. Any claim of missing items or damaged goods must be made by contacting Dark Horizon Corporation within 48 hours of receipt. PRIVACY INFO We protect any and all information you give us. All information collected from customers and potential customers remains confidential. Names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and credit information are not sold, traded or shared. Customer phone numbers may appear on packages shipped via UPS or Federal Express. Customer information will only be used to contact customers about matters such as shipping, product problems, credit card verification, etc. Information will not be used for any solicitation!
